I really enjoyed the place, its very tasty breakfast.
It was fairly clean, and the people were good and fine. The atmosphere created was special! I came here for 4 nights and had a quite comfortable stay.

The room is modern and huge where the shower did n't work properly. The location is particularly good, 1 mile from a bustling park. It's adjacent to city center and ado bus station as well as the colonial old town.

An iron and ironing board, a multi-channel TV, and a dining area in the room and the very big bed. Very pleasant staff, savoury breakfast with a good choice of food. Central location, decent base for discovering Merida. Besides, easy to get to Casa de los Montejo. Would recommend to anyone.

The hotel has a charming and historic ambiance, with a 100+ year old door that adds to its character. The on-site restaurant is fantastic, offering delicious dining options. Our room was comfortable and they were accommodating, bringing in a refrigerator upon request.
Felt like VIPs, no complaints.

Marvellous and exquisite position, I really enjoyed staying in this place.
The hotel was a brilliant base for enjoying a very nice area, close enough to public transport, Mérida, and AutoProgreso bus station. The staff was fine and kind, the breakfast offered was savoury with plenty of food. I had very comfortable days staying at this old-fashioned venue.

Convenient location, close to Plaza Grande. Spacious, clean rooms. Well-maintained pool with comfortable water temperature. Onsite restaurant serves delicious breakfast. Would recommend for its value and hospitality.

The free parking was nearby, excellent service. Stayed in Wheelchair Accessible room with internet, the shower did n't work properly and king size bed, it worked well for me🙂😃
